When I heard about Tayseer and their holistic approach to Islamic education – having that spirituality, pure academics, and sense of activism – it really made everything fall into place.

For me, Tayseer was a strong facilitator for my emotional, spiritual, and physical growth. I haven’t had a spiritual fellowship this good in years.

Tayseer was a chance to reset and get away from the world without running away from it. It was a chance to get a solid footing in the path to Allah while learning the integrals of my deen in a holistic way.

At its core, it’s very simple. The curriculum is meant to make you practice what you learn. Tayseer gives you that environment. It gives you the resources. It meets you where you’re at.

Tayseer has taught me that Islam is liberation from our lowly selves, and from the injustices that plague communities. As His vicegerent, everything I do must be focused on attaining God’s pleasure and His countenance in the afterlife.

To me, Tayseer is a home away from home. It is where you establish connection and relationships, that will not only last many years to come, but till the akhira, insha’Allah. Tayseer is a blessing.

I miss the tranquility I felt every time I stepped into the building. It felt as if all the chaos and distractions of the dunya just melted away every morning as I walked into the building at 7:50am for Dhikr.

Everything about my life has changed – Graduating Tayseer became a landmark moment in my life.

Tayseer became the compass of my life. It centered my priorities and gave me a clear purpose: to worship Allah with every moment, striving for excellence as exemplified by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The lessons I learned at Tayseer lit a fire in me to continue seeking and practicing knowledge, with the ultimate goal of beautifying my life and the lives of those around me.
